I offer personalised training programs tailored to your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or enhance overall fitness, I can guide and educate you through a transformative journey, giving you the tools to reach your goals.
Exercise Classes
Fun, social and a joy to be a part of, classes run on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday morning at Barcombe Recreation Ground. Focusing on body weight and light weight training sessions. Open to all abilities, fitness levels and ages. Please contact Rachael before attending.
Sports Therapy
Sports Therapy can help you to maintain a well balanced body preventing injury and strain or help in recovery from injuries and chronic conditions. Sports Therapy combines deep tissue massage with soft tissue release and rehabilitative exercises. ​​​​​​
Online Training
ISometimes getting to a face to face session isn't possible. Online training can take many forms including 1:1 sessions, small group sessions and classes. Train in the comfort of your own home or garden. Sessions can be tailored to the equipment you do or don't have!
Programme Design
If you have the motivation to train and confidence in your technique, you may simply be looking for someone to help structure your training for maximum results. Programme Design involves working with the client to establish their goals, strengths and weaknesses and create a programme to help them reach their goals.
My Approach
Embracing a holistic approach to wellness, I am committed to empowering individuals to lead healthier and more active lifestyles. I teach from a functional fitness perspective ensuring excellent technique is adhered to and educating clients on how to move well so they can look after themselves in perpetuity. I also think exercise should be fun and enhance your life, not be a chore!
